Ich wollte schon immer Gewürzmühlen mit einem Keramik Mahlwerk haben. Da ich Avocadokerne trockene und zerkleinere und diese dann mit Meersalz beziehungsweise Pfeffer mische. So habe ich jetzt zwei schöne dekorative Gewürzmühlen auf dem Tisch. Die Lieferung kam perfekt und der Preis ist auch in Ordnung für nachhaltige Ware

As moist ingredients could clog or damage the grinding mechanism, we recommend using only dry spices. If you'd like to use fresh herbs, dry them first and then use them in the mills.

Is the grinding mechanism suitable for coarse sea salt or speciality pepper?

Yes, the robust ceramic grinding mechanism is specially designed for tougher spices such as coarse sea salt or Himalayan salt. It is also excellent for special peppercorns such as Kampot pepper, Tellicherry or even mixed peppercorns. The even grind brings out the full flavour of these special spices.

What is the capacity of the containers?

Each mill holds up to 100 g of spices. This capacity is ideal for everyday use, as you don't have to keep refilling. At the same time, each mill is compact enough to sit comfortably in your hand and looks elegant on any dining table or in the kitchen.

Can I put the mills in the dishwasher?
